We specialize in commercial new construction, remodels, and tenant improvements. By listening to our client’s needs and expectations, we can stay focused on their best interests within each project. Our approach is to develop project budgets in a transparent manner which allows each client to know the financial status of their project and make decisions accordingly on a regular basis. Fletcher Contractors specializes in facilitating the construction of commercial projects, including office, restaurant, and retail buildings. We can do Cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction. We specialize in one to three-store structures.
