Ryan Baskett

Ryan is the lead superintendent with more than 30 years of experience in development and construction. Ryan is focused on sub-contractor coordination, project scheduling, and cost controls. Ryan worked as a firefighter in Pierce County, including his last position as Fire Chief for Graham Fire and Rescue until his retirement.

Justin is the Vice-President of Fletcher Contractors. Justin focuses on client relations, project pricing, and pre-construction efforts.
